BREAKING: Four-Star OT Adam Guthrie Commits to Clemson
Clemson has landed a major piece for its 2026 recruiting class, as four-star offensive tackle Adam Guthrie has officially committed to the Tigers. The 6’7, 295-pound lineman from Washington Court House, Ohio, chose Clemson over Ohio State and Penn State, bolstering an already strong class for Dabo Swinney’s program.
Guthrie announced his decision with a message on social media: “740➡️864.” Once a Panther, now a Tiger.” The move signals his transition from Miami Trace High School to Clemson, where he’ll bring his size, athleticism, and physicality to the Tigers’ offensive line.
A dominant force in the trenches, Guthrie has impressed scouts with his length, footwork, and ability to control defenders at the point of attack. His commitment marks a significant recruiting win for Clemson, beating out Big Ten powerhouses for one of the top tackles in the nation.
