As of now, there is no publicly available information confirming that four-star defensive lineman Bott Mulitalo has decommitted from the University of Oregon. Mulitalo, a standout from Lone Peak High School in American Fork, Utah, committed to the Ducks on December 1, 2024, choosing Oregon over programs like USC, Washington, and Tennessee.
Despite his commitment, Mulitalo has continued to explore other options. He has scheduled official visits to schools such as BYU, USC, and Washington. In a recent interview, he highlighted his strong relationship with USC’s defensive line coach, Shaun Nua, stating, “My relationship with coach Nua. We’ve hit each other back and forth. We have a good relationship. I want to go out there and see what they have in store for me.”
Additionally, the University of Washington is set to host Mulitalo during its Junior Day recruiting event on March 8, 2025, as the Huskies aim to bolster their defensive line in the 2026 recruiting class.
Given these developments, Mulitalo’s recruitment appears to be ongoing, with multiple programs vying for his commitment.
