Dan Quinn, head coach of the Washington Commanders, has been named the 2024 Coach of the Year, according to votes from NFL on FOX fans!
Dan Quinn has only been the head coach of the Commanders for one season, but he has already made a significant impact on the team.
At 54 years old, he has guided Washington to a 12-5 record and a wild-card win, making this the franchise’s most successful season in nearly two decades.
Following a four-win season last year, Washington brought in Quinn and rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, leading to an eight-win improvement in 2023. With only eight teams remaining in the NFL playoffs, Quinn is the sole head coach still in his first season with his team.
Before the Commanders’ divisional-round matchup against the Lions, let’s take a look at Quinn’s coaching career so far.
