This weekend, Louisiana State University (LSU) is set to host several elite football prospects in Baton Rouge, headlined by five-star EDGE Anthony Jones and elite wide receiver Ethan “Boobie” Feaster.
Anthony Jones
Anthony Jones is a highly sought-after five-star edge rusher in the 2026 recruiting class. Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 240 pounds, Jones has garnered attention from top programs nationwide due to his explosive pass-rushing abilities and athleticism. His visit to LSU signifies the Tigers’ intent to strengthen their defensive front with premier talent.
Ethan “Boobie” Feaster
Ethan “Boobie” Feaster, originally a member of the 2027 class, recently reclassified to the 2026 recruiting cycle. This five-star wide receiver from DeSoto High School in Texas is now ranked as the No. 15 overall recruit and the No. 3 wide receiver in the 2026 class. Feaster’s decision to reclassify accelerates his recruitment process, with LSU among his top considerations. He has already scheduled an official visit to LSU for June 20-22, indicating strong mutual interest between Feaster and the Tigers.
LSU’s coaching staff is keen on making a strong impression during these visits, aiming to showcase the program’s facilities, culture, and vision for the future. Securing commitments from elite prospects like Jones and Feaster would significantly bolster LSU’s recruiting class and reinforce the team’s competitive standing in the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
