Alabama has landed a major piece in its 2026 recruiting class, as five-star cornerback Jorden Edmonds has committed to the Crimson Tide. Edmonds, a 6-foot-3, 180-pound defensive back from Marietta, Georgia, chose Alabama over Georgia, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.

Edmonds, ranked among the top cornerbacks in the country, cited the special feeling he got in Tuscaloosa as a key factor in his decision.

“Just a feeling I can’t get or haven’t had anywhere else,”* Edmonds told @on3recruits.

With his elite size, length, and ball skills, Edmonds projects as a shutdown corner at the next level. His commitment gives Alabama yet another blue-chip defensive back in its pipeline as the Tide continue to reload their secondary under head coach Kalen DeBoer.
