In a significant boost to LSU’s 2026 recruiting class, four-star wide receiver Jabari Mack from Destrehan High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, has committed to the Tigers. Standing at 6’1″ and weighing 200 pounds, Mack is ranked as the No. 8 wide receiver in the 2026 class by On3.
Mack chose LSU over notable programs such as Texas, Texas A&M, and Ohio State, reflecting his strong connection to his home state. Expressing his commitment, Mack stated, “The best in the boot stay in the boot💯,” emphasizing his pride in representing Louisiana.
During his junior season at Destrehan High School, Mack showcased exceptional skills, recording 1,200 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns, which contributed to his team’s deep playoff run. His combination of size, speed, and precise route-running makes him a formidable presence on the field.
Mack’s commitment adds to LSU’s already impressive 2026 recruiting class, which includes five-star receiver Tristen Keys and four-star receivers Kenny Darby and Jakai Anderson. This influx of talent positions LSU favorably for future seasons.
LSU fans eagerly anticipate Mack’s contributions, expecting his dynamic playmaking abilities to enhance the Tigers’ offense in the coming years
