The memo which was shared under all South West Zone, disclosed that all business plan submission gets started on November, 2019, and this is strictly for south west zone. (The South West zone includes Lagos, Abeokuta, Ibadan etc).
However, for NOUN students who are in FCT Abuja, Jos or the North Central Zone, you have just this week to submit your GST302 online through the portal, www.nouonline.net.
