According to Dan Gavitt, the NCAA’s senior vice president of men’s basketball, the Blue Devils’ star freshman is expected to play when Duke tips off in the East Region as the No. 1 seed.
Flagg, one of the most highly touted recruits in recent history, sat out Duke’s ACC championship game victory over Louisville but has been progressing well in recovery. His presence will be crucial for the Blue Devils’ title hopes as they look to make a deep run in March Madness.
