Kentucky Assistants Cody Fueger, Jason Hart Honored at Elite 75 Future Head Coach Power Lunch
The future of Kentucky basketball looks bright! Assistant coaches Cody Fueger and Jason Hart were recently honored at the prestigious Elite 75 Future Head Coach Power Lunch, an event recognizing the next wave of elite basketball minds poised to lead programs of their own.
Fueger and Hart were both selected for their leadership, basketball acumen, and strong player development track records—qualities that have already had a major impact in Lexington under head coach Mark Pope.
Cody Fueger, a longtime right-hand man to Pope, has been praised for his strategic mind and ability to break down film and opponent tendencies. Meanwhile, Jason Hart, who brings high-level experience from both the college and professional ranks, has quickly made a name for himself as a top recruiter and player mentor.
Their recognition at the Power Lunch signals what many in college basketball circles already know: Kentucky’s coaching staff is loaded with talent not only on the court, but on the bench as well. As the Wildcats rebuild and reload for a new era, Fueger and Hart are two names to watch closely—both for their contributions now and their potential as future head coaches.
Congratulations to both coaches—and to Big Blue Nation, the future is in good hands!
