Following their departure of Kellen Moore to the New Orleans Saints—who recently brought him on as head coach after the Eagles’ Super Bowl win—the Philadelphia Eagles needed a new offensive coordinator. They promoted their internal passing game coordinator, which allowed Kevin Patullo to step into the offensive coordinator role. This internal promotion then left a vacancy at the pass game coordinator spot, now filled by Parks Frazier. Frazier, who previously served as an offensive assistant for the Miami Dolphins under head coach Mike McDaniel, had spent only one year in South Florida after joining the Dolphins for the 2024 NFL season. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo, and Tom Pelissero, Frazier is now heading to Philadelphia to lead an offense that recently outplayed a top-notch Kansas City Chiefs defense on the road to a championship.
This move brings Frazier back together with head coach Nick Sirianni, with whom he previously collaborated on the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2020.
Frazier is leaving behind an already full offensive coaching staff at the Dolphins, where the team recently signed former Houston Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik as its senior passing game coordinator. Notably, Slowik and McDaniel spent five seasons working together with the San Francisco 49ers.
