On Wednesday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order barring transgender women and girls from participating in female sports. Titled the “No Men in Women’s Sports Executive Order,” it marks the fourth executive order he has issued since taking office on January 20 that targets transgender individuals.
Speaking from a podium at the White House, with dozens of women and girls behind him, Trump stated, “The radical left has launched a full-scale effort to eliminate the concept of biological sex and impose a militant transgender ideology.” He added, “With this executive order, we are putting an end to the attack on women’s sports.”
