CANYON, Texas (KFDA) – On Wednesday, West Texas A&M football unveiled its 2025 National Signing Day class.
“Every college coach says something like this about their class each year, but honestly, I feel exceptional about this group being one of the best I’ve ever worked with,” head coach Josh Lynn said. “I truly believe this is the most complete class I’ve ever signed across all positions.”
Among the standout local players is Boston Bell, the starting quarterback for the Canyon Eagles, who signed with the Buffs and will join teammate Tripp Wright.
Also from CISD is Braeden Massengale, a standout defensive lineman from Randall.
Nearly every signee measures 6’2″ or taller. Lynn emphasized his goal to add height to the team, and they definitely accomplished that. He also pointed out that kicking was a weak area last year, noting that Drew Cox from Frenship was one of the top kickers at their camp.
