The Minnesota Vikings have bolstered their defensive line by signing veteran defensive tackle Javon Hargrave to a two-year contract worth up to $30 million, including $19 million guaranteed.
Hargrave, who turned 32 in February, brings a wealth of experience from his previous stints with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, and San Francisco 49ers. Despite an injury-shortened 2024 season, he has been a consistent performer, earning Pro Bowl selections in 2021 and 2023.
This acquisition is part of the Vikings’ strategic efforts to strengthen their defensive front, following the recent signing of defensive lineman Jonathan Allen.
