Dawn Staley has not only built South Carolina into a women’s basketball powerhouse but also reshaped the perception of what leadership and excellence look like in college sports. A statue in her honor is more than a recognition of wins and championships; it’s a permanent symbol of her trailblazing impact on and off the court.
