Using this medium, I’d love to notify members of the general public, especially candidates seeking Admission into the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration and Public Administration (CEMBA/CEMPA) Programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN has always been an advocate for quality Open and Distance Learning (ODL), while the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) has approved ODL Institutions in member countries to offer its Executive MBA and MPA programs to the people living in the following countries:

NOUN CEMBA/CEMPA – What You Need to Know.

1. The CEMBA/CEMPA programmes are officially aimed at complementing existing MBA and MPA programmes currently being offered in the Commonwealth Countries (as mentioned above), to meet the social and professional demands for management and public administration education at the post-graduate (PG) level. How to Obtain CEMBA/CEMPA Certificate.

The CEMBA/CEMPA programmes certificate, or mode of studying for this programme revolves around these two basic learning activities, among others:

• Self-instructional printed course material packages.
• Dual mode of learning: The Dual mode of learning involves Online Facilitation of coursework (Friday Evenings & Saturday) and physical presentation of seminars at the NOUN Abuja and Lagos Centres on a Monthly basis.

NOUN CEMBA/CEMPA Programme Duration

Like most educational programmes out there, the National Open University of Nigeria management has designed the programme to run for a period of Two Years (24 months).

CEMBA/CEMPA Admission Requirements.

• All interested applicants are required to have at least, Five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at the ‘o’ level as the basic requirement.
• Applicants must have a good first-degree certificate from any tertiary institution (including either a University/Institution), this academic institution must be recognized by NOUN Senate or HND (lower credit) for Polytechnic in any discipline, or
• A postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration/Public Administration or related disciplines from a National Universities Commission (NUC) approved University in Nigeria.
• All applicants/candidates are required to at least, possess a 3 years Managerial experience from a recognized organization before their request can be approved.

Interested candidates seeking Admission to study the CEMBA/CEMPA programme for the 2023/2024 session are requested to complete the CEMBA/CEMPA form online at www.nou.edu.ng or through Nounonline.net

2024 NOUN CEMBA/CEMPA Application Fee:

N20,000.00.

Please make sure that you only make payments in favour of CEMBA/CEMPA National Open University of Nigeria.

All candidates are required to provide evidence of payment during their application submission. However, use the guide below to kickstart your registration process. All interested applicants are expected to submit their application form at Abuja or Lagos CEMBA/CEMPA Office, National Open University of Nigeria.

Step 1: Complete the CEMBA/CEMPA application form online.

Step 2: It is important that you pay online in favour of the National Open University of Nigeria.

Step 3: Submit evidence of payment to the CEMBA/CEMPA office at either the NOUN Abuja office or the Lagos office.
